Description
This quirky and spacious first floor apartment is primarily a 1 ensuite bedroom apartment but can accommodate up to 4 people via a drop-down full size double at the rear of the main living area, which is adjacent to an additional shower room with toilet and basin.Located just East of the town centre it is ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. Nearby bus links give easy access to out of town locations such as Ipswich Hospital and BT’s Adastral Park.

The apartment is light and spacious and is furnished to a high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and washing machine, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics and we also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The large open-plan lounge/dining area has a large comfy sofa, coffee table and 55” Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is a dining table and chairs to seat four people.
There is a set of french doors that open onto a private, secure roof terrace area. The terrace is the perfect place to have dinner and watch the sun go down or to start the day with breakfast - the aspects are East and West facing. *Please note: this outdoor space in not suitable for outside cooking/BBQ due to the flooring material.
The master bedroom has a beautiful 4 poster bed, two double wardrobes and adjacent ensuite with wet area with double basins and toilet. There is also a Bluetooth bathroom mirror so that you can connect your phone, play music or catch up with the news, plus two sets of USB socket chargers. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
This apartment also has a few extras such as table lamps switchable from the master light switch on entry into the apartment.
The building has stairs only access (no lift).
The building shares the secure access with one other ground floor apartment - which is under same ownership/management - and subject to availability, when hired together would make great accommodation for up to 8 people.
Please note that there is one parking space in the adjoining garage, which is subject to availability. There is some on street parking in the same road, and a public car park is right beside the property.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
