Description
This one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor above commercial premises. It’s central location makes it perfect for access to the business district and all it’s large employers such as AXA, Willis, Haven Power and WNS to name a few; as well as several shopping centres, a wide range of entertainment and eating/drinking establishments.
This apartment is directly below our 2 bedroom duplex in the same building, which is ideal for groups of up to 6 who wish to be near by.
** For stays of less than 7 nights; we only accept reservations if booked within 7 nights of the arrival date. Thank you for your understanding. **
* Please note this is an old building and so there is no lift and staircases are relatively narrow. Please also note due to the town centre location, this apartment does not come with parking.
The apartment is furnished to a comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and heated airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table and 2 chairs plus a large Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside units with lamps - hanging/storage space can be found in the living room. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
