Description
This striking ground floor, 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Just east of the town centre it is ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. Nearby bus links give easy access to out of town locations such as Ipswich Hospital and BT’s Adastral Park.

The apartment is furnished to a high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and washing machine, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics and we also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The kitchen/dining room is separate from the lounge and is fairly spacious with plenty of wall mounted units and worktop space. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
The lounge has a large comfy sofa, coffee table and large Smart TV. Netflix is available along with free to air terrestrial channels and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content.
There is access to a private 9sqm outdoor terrace/patio area with a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a lovely 4 poster style double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe and a dressing table with stool. The second bedroom has a solid wood double bed, dressing table and large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin and large 'wet room' style shower. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building shares the secure access with one other first floor apartment - which is under same ownership/management - and subject to availability, when hired together would make great accommodation for up to 8 people.
Please note that there is one parking space in the adjoining garage, which is subject to availability. There is some on street parking in the same road, and a public car park is right beside the property.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
