Frequently asked questions:

Do you provide Sky / Netflix etc.?


We provide the infrastructure to stream your own content via a Smart TV - if you have Netflix or similar, you can watch (subject to licencing restrictions) over the free and unlimited broadband provided.

Your last check in is 8pm, what happens if I need to arrive later?


We will always do our best to accommodate your arrival time, however, as our team do not live on site these do need to be scheduled in, and check ins after 8pm are subject to availability and charge.

Your departure time is 11am, can I extend this?


Subject to availability and by prior agreement, we can accommodate a late departure up to 1pm at a cost of £25 per hour to holidays-rentals-rentals/cover our additional operating costs. If you need to stay later than 1pm then an additional night will need to be booked.

Can I smoke in your apartments?


No. All of our apartments are in buildings which are entirely non smoking, you will be required to go outside to the nearest designated area, or away from the building.

What happens if my plans change and I need to leave early?


We would charge in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

What if I need to extend my stay?


Tell us as soon as possible - subject to availability we will accommodate you within the same apartment, but if your apartment has already been booked by another guest we will look at other accommodation. We are unable to guarantee to extend your booking.

What is the security deposit for?


Primarily to pay for any damages, howsoever caused, during your stay. But we also retain the right to deduct any late departure charges and exceptional cleaning costs incurred at the end of your stay. Please be aware that your liability to us is not capped at the amount of the security deposit - should we incur costs in excess of that you would be responsible for it.

What does the weekly housekeeping service include?


A change of bedding, and towels and a clean of the apartment. It doesn't include washing up a week’s worth of dirty saucepans and plates etc.! If you would like additional housekeeping services, please ask - they can be provided at a charge.

What is the legal status of my stay with you?


You have what is known as a 'licence to occupy' with us. In layman’s terms it's the same as you have in a hotel or B&B, or a house share where you're living with the landlord/lady. Also, all of our serviced apartments are designated as commercial premises, so residential tenancy rights can not be accrued.

Do you accept pets?


No. This is a condition of the buildings that our apartments are in. We may be able to accept assistance dogs in some locations and therefore recommend that you enquire prior to booking.
